As Theme Leader of Theme 3 ‘Functional Foods & Biotechnology’, I am seeking for motivated PhD candidates with good experience in Biotechnology, Biochemistry and/or Food Science to work on research topics under the FSTC including:
- “Biotechnological Development of Functional Foods with Stable Encapsulated Docosahexaenoic Acid Biosynthetically Produced from Microalgae” in collaboration with Prof Show Pau-Loke and Dr Srinivas Mettu from Chemical Engineering Department. “Production of Food Fortified with Medium- and Long-Chain Structured Lipids for potential nutritional and therapeutic applications’’ in collaboration with Prof
